The product quality and packaging are awful, and their ability to create custom products is awful. Doria Liu, in particular, proved to be unhelpful and unreliable. she say something new everyday , After promising a custom sample within two months, she delivered a wrong and poorly made sample. She then requested an additional month to rectify the error but failed to provide accurate measurements for our custom product. It's evident she tried to deceive us. I strongly advise against working with Doria Liu and this company; they are a waste of time and money. Dealing with them has been frustrating due to their inadequate customer care. It's akin to a scam. Furthermore, she argued with me about DDP shipping and denied responsibility, demonstrating a lack of understanding of DDP terms.we're not happy with the quality of work and customer care and we would like to return the goods.

On March 27, 2024, the seller asked the buyer whether the goods could be shipped. The buyer replied: "Everything looks good for samples so far, yes, shipped it as soon as you can please."
FedEx tracking number: 7757****6918, logistics tracking shows that the buyer signed for the express delivery at 2024-04-01 09:32:00 (Local time).
On April 2, 2024, the buyer replied on Alibaba: "I received the goods, everything looks good, thank you"
Since receiving the samples, the buyer has not raised any quality issues to the seller.
On May 1, 2024, the buyer initiated a refund application on Alibaba. The buyer failed to refund on May 7, so he maliciously slandered the seller.
